Mikel Coffee Company, aiming to satisfy the needs of the consumer, has proceeded to include a new 100% Arabica espresso blend in its network of stores.
This new blend is called Full City Roast and comes to complement the already existing classic blend Mikel (High Roast), giving our customers the opportunity to choose the taste characteristics they want their drink to have.
The purpose of creating the new blend is to meet the customers’ need for a blend with a stronger taste. Always staying true to the philosophy we have had since the beginning of our operation, we have used exclusively high quality Arabica beans from Central and South America, in order to achieve the desired result.
The name of the new blend comes from the degree of roasting of the beans, which compared to our classic blend is darker. Roasting, which brings the dark color, gives the coffee a full-bodied, intense flavor with notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit, while the aftertaste it leaves is long lasting, giving the sensation of roasted nuts.
It is ideally combined with drinks containing milk, as the coffee with its dynamics covers the oiliness of the milk, thus highlighting, in the best way, the taste characteristics of the drink.
