The Mikel Cups Club is the loyalty program of Mikel Coffee Company, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy additional benefits with every visit to our stores.
Designed to reward customer loyalty. The program combines bean collection (loyalty points) with special offers, discounts, gifts, and exclusive benefits. Joining the Mikel Cups Club is simple and quick. Registration takes place via the dedicated tablet located next to the counter in selected stores, where customers enter their mobile phone number and accept the terms of use. On every subsequent visit, members enter their number to collect beans (loyalty points) and redeem available coupons & upgrades, in accordance with the rewards and promotional offers active at the time.
The program also features special discounts on selected beverage categories, enhancing the customer experience and providing additional incentives to visit Mikel stores.
